ACT made simple
Great app to make ACT more accessible and user friendly. Love the clean and simple format. I would however love a graph that that helps you track your progress over time, and additional exercises that would be unlocked as you finish the introductory exercises. I believe this would increase motivation to practice regularly. It would also be great if the app could be linked Apple health, such that minutes used on the app would be registered as “mindful minutes” in Apple health. Furthermore such integration would allow ACT companion to track sleep, exercise and menstrual cycles such that users can see how these factors may impact your ability to show up with psychological flexibility in the present moment. In summary, this seems like an app with great potential and I am excited to see how the app will evolve over time.
