Spies on your clipboard
Al Jazeera is one of the best sources of quality journalism, covering countries that other news outlets have abandoned.
BUT unfortunately, their news app copies information from your clipboard. This spying has been widely reported across tech news sites. I just witnessed this myself, receiving many warnings from iOS that “AJ English pasted from WhatsApp”.
Why AJ wants to snoop on my WhatsApp messages is a mystery.
Good, bu not perfect
Good app, but I want to be able to search for articles and topics. That’s all it takes to get 5 stars from me!
