Description
Somatic Coaching is a body based method for moving through blocks in your life by learning to be with all the sensations you are feeling.
This App is a resource to assist you in finding peace in your everyday life. There are video based tasks that will get you to go outside and to special places and ground into the moment. Using breath, movement and sound you will record videos of yourself, make audio recording and write inspiration notes that will help you on your journey. There are meditations and breath work practices on the app as well.
