Description
The AmpliFi app simplifies the process of connecting and managing all of your Amplifi Wi-Fi devices, including: Alien, HD, Gamer’s Edition, Instant, and Meshpoint products.
The AmpliFi app offers the simplest way to add, monitor, configure, and upgrade your network. You’ll be able to:
- View key diagnostic information, like a connected devices summary, upload/download activity, your IP address, and real-time network speed data.
- Create an in-home guest network for visiting family and friends, or give them remote access to your local network via the AmpliFi Teleport VPN app.
- Control your family’s screen time with the ability to pause connected devices.

Great app - but missing iPad support
Hi guys. You have a great product which I just convinced my to purchase
But I'm missing an iPad app. Please...
Please bring back ability to pause clients on the device list
I am a satisfied Amplifi user. With the latest app update you have grouped my most used feature (ability to pause other clients hogging bandwidth when I work) under each device. This adds a 3rd layer to navigate in and out of to pause clients. Please bring back the very functional previous AI. Less click to the most used functions.
Does not work with AirPlay
Its been tested and proven to be an issue on incorrect traffic bridging through Amplifi Alien router. Basically Alien incorrectly filters PTP return path, and this in turn breaks down AirPlay. I have seen reports on the same with other Amplifi routers as well. The app works fin, the router does not. At least not for streaming music. I have had this issue for the last 8 months since I bought my Alien Router. Tried every solution possible, still no AirPlay compatibility. The Amplifi engineer team would need to dig deep for a fix.
