Charging fee and not able to get money back
Anywheel makes you charge a balance with money which is non refundable!
You are also not able to charge the balance lower them 20$..
I was on vacation where i used this app, and since i only used it for a couple of days and beeing a tourist, i am now not able to get my 15 dollars back that remains in the account!!

For the smoothest ride experience, we required to top up the minimum amount to make sure that the remaining balance will be enough for any trip charges or any other in-app activities that might happen.
Your remaining balance can be used in the future and be kept in the in-app wallet as long as you desire as it has no expiry date.
Still, please be rest assured that this feedback will reach the relevant team. We will also try our best to improve every aspect of our services to your satisfaction.
