Helps guide dog and other service dog owners find a suitable area of grass nearby for their dog to spend.
Guide dogs are an important lifeline for visually impaired people. When visiting an unfamiliar city, keeping the dog to a regular routine can be a serious worry.
This app will find nearby areas of grass, parks, or woods. It will show the distance, size of the grass area, and link to Google or Apple Maps to give walking directions.
Warning: The information used in this app is from OpenStreetMap, the free user generated mapping database. Not all grass areas may be suitable for dogs, publicly accessible, or safe to access. For example grass verges in the centre of busy dual carriageways. Please exercise all proper caution and common sense!
See the notes in the app for more information on improving the map data.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
