Super Good!!!

This app is very good!!! It keeps me motivated and Cassie has so many good workouts! You can do workouts ofc, challenges, programs, you can also see how many workouts you have done and earn different badges! If you pay a little bit you can also see if you have worked out more in September than August, you can get different calendars and

Hiii. First of all this is one of the best apps I have ever used. Cassie is really in too it and that really keeps me going. She keeps me so motivated. About only a week ago I downloaded this app! I have been struggling with body issues for a long time, I have been bullied in school for my weight, I can say that I see myself as fat but I’m not that fat if you know what I mean. But the point here is that This app is making me motivated a 100%. I’ve always been really lazy so I never took the chance too start working out! But when i downloaded BODY I felt like working out was fun, I have been working out 30 minutes every day for a week now and I can already both see and feel a difference. I’m feeling so good about myself. This is serious motivation on another level.Thank you Cassie❤️
