Bad company and Customer Service
1. I had a problem with a reservation and Booking.com Customer Service pretends to be working on this issue for 3 months now. They also asked me to send Confirmation of the reservation at least 3 times for the same case to different e-mail accounts and didn't reply until I called or wrote an e-mail again. I still haven't received my money back!
2. Booking.com once made a reservation through a third-party service and I was unable to check in and had to pay twice!
Dårlig selskap og Kundeservice.
1. Jeg hadde et problem med reservasjonen min og Booking.com kundeservice later til å jobbe med dette i 3 måneder. De ba meg også om å sende betalingsbekreftelse minst 3 ganger for å løse ETT problem til forskjellige e-postkontoer og svarte ikke før jeg ringte eller sende e-post dem på nytt.
Jeg har fortsatt ikke mottatt pengene mine tilbake!

1. У меня была проблема с бронированием, и служба поддержки клиентов Booking.com делает вид, что работает над этим вопросом уже 3 месяца. Они также попросили меня отправить подтверждение бронирования не менее 3 раз для решения ОДНОЙ проблемы на разные учетные записи электронной почты и не отвечали, пока я не позвонила или не написала им письмо снова.
Я до сих пор не получила свои деньги обратно!
2. Booking.com однажды сделал бронирование через третье лицо, я не смогла заселиться в отель и мне пришлось заплатить дважды!
