Dårlig brukergrensesnitt og lite brukervennlig
Appen har et umoderne og lite brukervennlig grensesnitt. Den mangler en naturlig flyt og kundereise. Man må registrere kredittkort ved hver betaling, burde vært integrasjon mot Vipps for norske brukere.
