Excellent most of the time, some concrete problems
Very good quality (easy to use, sound quality, presentations etc) most of the time, easy to use, but:
- in China slow response when starting the calls online, sometimes several tries and minutes
- calendar inside webex very practical, but is slow to update (from outlook/exchange) seems good at new appointments, don’t react when removing appointments.
Good app. But too hard to capture subtexts
On poor audio lines, it would be particularly useful to be able to copy and paste the autogenerated subtexts. Is this possible on IOS? Furthermore the text seems to disappear immediately as the meeting closes - as opposed to chats in Teams.
Probably the worst conference software
Lagging video, bad sound, unclear images when sharing.
Using WebEx feels like going back 10 years in time to when we had Skype, just even worse.
Teams is by far the best conference software out there, and WebEx is just so far behind.
If possible, don’t use WebEx.
