Description
How do you feel now? Are you in need of something to make you feel better?
Pause for a moment to explore your feelings. "Complex Feelings" represents feelings and needs with abstract icons. Touch them to reveal their meaning. Select your current feeling, and connect it with a need.
The app keeps track of your pairs of feelings and needs over time, and you can easily check your most common feeling, or what do you need most. Or even filter by time of the day.
And to release some stress, there's a mini game where you have to literally push negative feelings aside, and avoid being crushed by them.

It is hard to recognize the icons, it would help to add space for text to each pair ferlin/need. The feeling needs could be presented organized categories

Thanks for your feedback :) The icons are very abstract on purpose, because I wanted to be exploratory every time, so you have to tap on the icons in search of a feeling. That's also why I put them in different locations every time. It's hard for me to know what I feel, so I wanted to spend a bit of time in that screen. But if you want to contribute your own icons, I would be glad to add skins to the app and share your icons as well. Please contact me through the developer site.
The needs do have categories. If you go to the stats screen, the needs are split in 8 categories. These are based in a course I did on Non-Violent Communication. There was no categorization of feelings in that course. If you have any reference on categorization of feelings, please let me know.
