DiggiPay is a payment app for e-money associated with a digital e-money payment solution. When registering in the DiggiPay app, an user account is created and the account is topped up with BankAxept, Visa, Mastercard or Vipps.
As a registered user, you pay with the DiggiPay app via the QR code or an RFID chip, and the transactions are carried out faster than with some other payment solutions. E-money is managed in the DiggiPay app by adding the desired amount to the e-money account, refunding back to your own account, making immediate transfers to other DiggiPay users, and viewing an overview of your own transactions and consumption. The DiggiPay payment solution is used, among other things, by school and company canteens, various types of events and festivals around the country.

Er ikke mulig å begrense hvilke kontakter de har tilgang til, prøver man på dette så vil appen bare kreve at man gir tilgang til alle. Importen viser også bare fornavn noe som er problematisk når man har mange med samme fornavn. Tar alt for godt betalt per overføring. Lite gjennomtenkt UX på registrering av bruker.

Helt unødvendige gebyrer og påtvunget ved bruk under visse eventer. Kortet mitt ble også sperret ettersom utsteder mente dette så suspekt ut etter første påfyll. Hvordan dette skal være enklere enn applepay og Vipps skjønner jeg ikke.

Elendig app, grensesnittet til appen hadde kanskje vært godkjent i 2012. Kan ikke festivaler bare ta vanlig betaling. I stedet for å dytte gebyret over på forbrukerne.
