Dvorak Keyboard Layout 4+

Great, but lacking user friendliness

I've been looking into the Dvorak applications ever since ios8 rolled around. The reason I went with this one is the design choice. I really enjoy the fact that they went with the same design as the stock keyboard.
However, there are a few things holding this app back from being crowned king. First and foremost, only an English keyboard is suported. This is of course a natural place to start, as for most people, English is their default keyboard. Yet, as somebody who frequently switches between writing both English and Norwegian on the same keyboard, I find it frustrating to either manually switch to my QWERTY keyboard every time I write Æ, Ø, or Å. I have either this choice or write ae, oo, or aa, respectively, which just feels stupid. Going into this app, I knew that a Norwegian keyboard would not be supported, so I was hoping to have the feature of holding a letter, and have the other versions of said letter open in a little box above it, like the stock keyboard, but so such luck.
The next greatest flaw is the fact that the backspace key is at the upper right hand corner of the keyboard. I very frequently find myself hitting send, rather than backspace when sending an IM to someone.
As mentioned in the last application update, the keyboard reverts to letter format after a period followed by a space, yet this only applies to a period. Neither a comma, nor exclemation mark, nor a question mark reverts the keyboard to letters. It frustrates me to manually have to switch afrer being used to not having to.
There is a minor flaw with the backspace. I find myself more often than not start to erase something, only to have it regester my finger as touching a nearby letter, and stop erasing and draw a new letter that I never wished for. Also, when erasing long phrases of text, the erasing speed remains constant however long I keep my finger pressed, unlike the stock keyboard, which speeds up after a few words.
In conclusion, a great keyboard that lets me type in Dvorak, yet it lacks the user friendliness it needs to be crowned King of the Dvorak Keyboards.
