Uetisk selskap
Legger til 15% som ikke kommuniseres kunde. Står med mikroskopisk skrift på automaten slik at ingen ser det. Forbrukerombudet har tatt det opp men ingenting gjøres. Appen fungerer ellers og kunne blitt en vinner om en ikke holdt på slik.

Grunnen til at vi tar 15% er for å kunne drifte de tjenestene vi leverer og enda viktigere, utvikle dem. Undersøkelser utført av eksterne aktører viser at vi overbetaler i snitt mellom 20-30% når vi må estimere tiden for parkering. Det at du kan starte, forlenge og stoppe parkeringen med appen gjør at du er mer fleksibel og at du slipper å overbetale:) Vi informerer alle brukere om pris i appen under registrering, bruker må selv godta for å fullføre registreringen. Videre mottar de en email med prisopplysninger for tjenesten. Etter at vi oppdaterte appen er det sendt ut nye skilter hvor prisinformasjonen også kommer tydeligere fram:) Du kan lese mer om oss på vår hjemmeside easypark.no. 15% on top? Will never use again and pay by card on spot...
You must inform on top of your app you charge 15%! Will never use again your app and just pay by card without 15% or use another provider without such approach...

Our App is a alternative method for paying parking and we deliver a utility service for our customers. We are not the parkingoperator.
