2021 and no Dark Mode??
Otherwise a decent app, but should be smoother and much more modern app features like many of the competitors... Feels like an app from 5 years ago...

Is this a joke?
It is extremely hard to take out your money, they make it so that you can’t close or open certain positions at times and they don’t respond to our feedback. Find another option

We would like to apologize for such a late response.
We don't prevent users from withdrawing money or closing positions. As a regulated broker, the funds in the account are always available for withdrawal as soon as positions are closed and the funds are in the balance.
At times, certain assets might not be available to trade due to various trading limitations usually put upon by the exchange or as a safety measure due to extreme volatility.
We hope this issue has long been resolved. Our customer-facing teams are available on multiple social channels and on the platform through chat and email services.
