Dissapointed

I paid $600 for four E330 Pro Cameras and a Homebase3. Everything seemed fine at first, but as time passed, it started giving false alarms. I’ve approved my family’s faces maybe 1,000 times, but it still asks who they are. Also, it detects events outside of the Activity Zone and sends notifications. In short, it wasn’t as smart as we thought, and we’re disappointed. Hopefully, there will be a good update that makes it work as it should. For now, we’re giving it just one star as we are not satisfied.

Limited Features, slow and poor AI Performance

There is no option to snooze notifications like you can with Arlo or Ring.

Sometimes, you might not want to add a person to a group with no notifications, but still, want to avoid constant alerts.
Unfortunately, this app doesn't offer that flexibility.

A sidenote AI face recognition feature only identifies familiar faces 5-10% of the time, resulting in numerous unwanted notifications.

Did go for Eufy for the AI, but would never bought Eufy again, becuase of the slow notifications.
