Your meal plan will arrive between 2-3 days after your consultation, designed specifically for you based on your preferences and requirements. Once you receive your customized meal plan, you can easily customize it further by swapping out items for other approved options. GetUFit+ will automatically recalculate the nutritional values to ensure that your changes still meet all your individual dietary needs, making it incredibly convenient to follow your personalized plan and achieve your health and wellness goals all while saving you significant time and money.

GetUFit+ comes with over 1,000 exercise videos featuring full classes and individual movements focusing on specific body parts and proper form. These videos can be used as a reference or to build your own personalized exercise routine.

GetUFit+ integrates with Fitbit wearable devices, Aria Home Health Scale, Moveband, Garmin wearables, and the Apple Health Kit.
To enable automatic syncing with Apple Health, log in to your profile, go to Settings > Optional > and activate 'Enable Apple Watch Sync' (Only available on iOS devices).
