Description
Improve your care of chronic conditions by sharing self-measurement data with your care provider.
To use the application, you need to have a user account in the GS Balance cloud service for remote monitoring of chronic conditions. The account can be created by one of your healthcare professionals if the care team is using the GS Balance service.
GS Balance is an application for storing and viewing health data related to chronic conditions. To improve your care, the data is shared with your care team in real time through the secure GS Balance cloud platform. Easy access to your up-to-date health situation assists your care team in making treatment decisions and giving you better support.
Self-measurement data can be entered manually or captured wirelessly via Bluetooth/NFC connection from supported devices. The application functions as your personal electronic logbook for this data, eliminating the need for paper logbooks.
