Lies

The game they advertize is not the same game. Straight up lies.

Stay away, don’t fall for this!

Stay away... false advertising, bad and non existing customer service, over expensive. New updates killing what you allready spent.

I have seen an advertisement for the mobile app Guns of Glory using footage from empire total in it. I can't see any disclaimer in the trailer. Not sure where else to rase this issue so I'm make this thread so hopefully CA can be made aware. I doubt CA is aware of this because looking at the reviews of the app apparently they are use of game footage in other adverts too and will probably continue until they get punished. This is definitely false advertising as far as I'm aware. CA might want to get someone from thier legal team to look into this to ensure thier property isn't being misused ileagly. Even if the guys at guns of Glory got permission they isn't any way to see in the ad that isn't not in game footage from thier app so you might want to make them change that or just stop letting them use your games footage.
Incase you need to know where I saw the advertisement it was while playing the app Grow Castle they have a feature where you can watch a 30second ad for anther app to earn money. This was where I saw the ad. I have looked to empire total war footage and it is definitely empire total war footage in the advertisement
Hopefully this can be resolved so people aren't being tricked by this ad
