App provides you with information to help you improve your lifestyle and, in turn, your health. The app includes 5 plans: mindful eating, sugar savvy, move your body, gut health, and mood and food. Each day, we will send you a challenge in each plan. You will then complete the challenge and record the information according to the questions we provide.
Mindful eating:
Mindful eating helps you understand the importance of focusing on the present moment and being aware of your senses while eating. It does not require you to change what you are eating, but rather how you eat.
Sugar savvy:
Sugar savvy provides you with the tools to eat less added sugar. Sugar is a cause of many diseases, so cutting down on unnecessary sugar intake can help improve your overall health and reduce your risk of chronic diseases.
Movement:
Movement provides exercises and workout plans to help you move more. We have outlined 25 exercises that target different muscle groups, helping your body become stronger, more flexible, and better over time.
Gut health:
Gut health helps you understand the importance of gut health for your overall health, the types of foods and methods that can help improve gut health, so improve your overall health over time.
Mood and food:
Mood and food provides information about the relationship between mood and food. You can track your mood and diet to learn how food affects your emotions.
