Ubegripelig dårlig.
Appen (og nettsiden) til Hertz er så fandenivoldsk dårlig at man kan mistenke dem for å hate kundene sine. Det fins knapt ord for å beskrive hvor vanskelig de gjør det. Appen husker hverken brukernavn eller passord, man må logge på helt fra start hver eneste gang man åpner den, og hvis du skriver feil passord 3 ganger - etter at du har brukt tid på å finne kundenummeret ditt (nei, her hjelper det ikke med e-postadresse) - så får du beskjed om å RINGE dem for å ordne det. Det er den følelsen av å måtte kjempe og svette hardt for å få bestilt en leiebil. Samtidig har samtlige konkurrenter smarte, raske og intuitive løsninger. Så ha det, Hertz. Det var hyggelig de 25 årene det varte.
Does not allow me to pay … !?
Horrible user experience. This app is hard to navigate since back buttons are missing or the app gets stuck and freezes. But the worst is that the app does not let me confirm the payment. So I would like to reserve a car but due to an error I can’t … this is just frustrating.
