Ikke verdt pengene , styr unna
Vi hadde gledet oss til litt luksus på resorten da vi ankom . Men det har bare vært styr og rot hele veien . Det luktet kraftig urin da vi ankom rommet. Dette klaget vi på , og omsider etter flere dager ble det vasket ned og sprayet . Bedret seg litt, men lukter fortsatt litt. Vi har ikke kaldt vann på rommet, ekstremt dårlig trykk og vanskelig og skylle ned i toalettet. Har blitt lovet ny vask 1 uke nå , men intet skjer. Personalet her er ekstremt dårlig i engelsk . Vanskelig og forklare og ikke minst bestille ting her. Buffe blir fort tom, mye støy og lite kelnere for bestilling . Stranden er fin med obs , myyye tang i vann og på land . Dette ødelegger mye av gleden ved å bade . Betjeningen virker lei og oppgitt over gjestene . Vanskelig og bestille mat på de ulike resturantene for mer en 4 personer. Alt i alt er dette et 5 stjernes hotell, men det oppleves mer som et 3 stjernes . Ikke verdt pengene . Det er ingenting utenfor resorten , så man blir litt innesperret her. Og det blir veldig kjedelig . Hadde heller valgt en annen plass.
Freezes repeatedly
While there is some useful info in the app, it is quite frustrating to use. It repeatedly logs you off and when logging on again, it freezes so you have to close the app completely and open it again to make if work again (ios).
It mostly is slow to load any page you want to enter, even if I chose english as my preferred language some things are still in English.
It would be awesome if you could see the tabs/expenses at the hotel as well but as far as I know, that information is not available.
