Nice!
Only good things to say about Ostello Bello Firenze! So generous and kind staff! Both the room and common areas were great:) Tell the irish guy in the reception who’s name I forgot to ask that I miss him already…:)
Don’t waste your money
Nasty place, the pillow smelled of rot, the duvet have never been washed. The mattress was full of stains, the floor was dirty and especially around the bed. And there was a sick Indian who didn’t use a mask, the reception was told about that and promised to do something about it. But nothing happened. He was also keeping everyone else away because of his snoring! Honestly you’re better of sleeping on the street, at least it’s clean.
