What useful does that app do?

This app could be basically a picture. I have travel insurance through my company. I want to check if car rental is included in by that policy. That is reasonable thing to expect from app right? No, apparently not. There is no link to “terms and conditions”, no description how to find that. The only thing that app does it’s shows certificate…like picture would. So I ended up calling customer service just for that. Hey “IF” guys is there a way you can make that more painful? You just made sure that I will never be your customer.

Currently the app has a strong travel scope focus, but in the future the plan is to include all insurances and services.
