Kronglete å navigere
Ny betyr ikke alltid bedre.. og i dette tilfellet er det gjeldende for IKEA sin app. Den gamle appen var mye enklere å navigere, med lett og oversiktlig meny. Den nye derimot er ikke oversiktlig. Her kan man bla seg igjennom endeløse bilder, uten å komme til det man egentlig er på jakt etter.
For lite sorteringsmuligheter
Den nye Ikea-appen gir ikke de mulighetene jeg trenger for å sortere søkene godt nok. Søket blir for bredt og det tar for lang tid å lete gjennom.
Rotete
Vanskelig å komme innpå underkategorier. Var mye enklere og oversiktelig før.
Når jeg trykker på baby og barn, så får jeg hele avdelingen. Får ikke til å spesifisere mer
