Didn’t receive anything
The worst app, I ordered food for over 35£ and didn’t receive it, when I contacted customer service they said they couldn’t do anything because it had been more than 24 hours. I contacted them within that time they just didn’t answer me. I even had proof of when I sent the email and they still say they can’t overrule the decision. IM SO MAD, WORST THING EVER
First and last time used
Tried the app first time in Madrid on the 2nd January 2024. Paid € 42.80 and received nothing. They took the money, of course.
Do not trust these scammers, they will not deliver the food to you.
I have now deleted the app and can say 100 % I will never ever give them a second chance.
