Genious!
This app has helped me get through so many injuries by giving me relevant excercises. I love the fact that you can see the excercises in an 3D animation, makes it so much easier to understand what im supposed to do.
It is a great app, and I would definetly recommend anyone who either suffer from injuries, want to build specific muscles or the ones who just want to learn about the body to download it, so freaking worth it!
