Almost perfect

I use the app several times daily and it’s really great. I use it 99 % of the time to control the speakers connected to my TV. The only grievance I have is that the app jumps out of the room I’m in, even if I controlled it only seconds ago (also tried with “open currently playing group”). This seems to have started after the last update.

Developer Response ,

Hi,

I wanted to check back with you and see if the issue has been fixed?

Kind regards,
Alexander Heinrich

Amazing little app

I have had my Sonos setup for a couple of years, but only now have I found Lyd! Amazing little app, works wonderfully. If you have a Sonos system and an Apple Watch, it’s a bargain considering the features you’re getting. Løp og kjøp!

Great Watch remote for Sonos

App works great and has most of the features you’d want, but some of the UI/UX could be improved.

• Every time you put your hand down and up, the app briefly shows the “Rooms” tab before navigating to the “Now playing”.
• I wish there was a way to edit and reorder the control list after pressing the three dots in the “Now playing” tab (…).
• The “room” should be named the same as the “system” names you define in the Sonos App. For example “Living Room” instead of “Sonos Arc + Sonos Move”

All in all - would recommend (but I hope the developer will make these changes!) 😁

Developer Response ,

Thanks for the points to improve. Currently when the app starts it needs to briefly show the rooms tab, because that’s how navigation works on watchOS.

Also I think the app shows the names that are set for each room, but I will double check that.
