Description
MitID is your digital ID. You use it when you want to log in, sign digitally and approve actions in various self-service solutions. If you need to approve on your mobile or tablet, you do it with a single swipe in the app. To authenticate on your computer, scan a QR code.
ACTIVATE YOUR MITID
You can activate your MitID in your app by scanning your passport/ID card or with an activation code from Borgerservice. If you have a new mobile, you can copy your MitID from your old app.
IN THE APP YOU CAN ALSO...
Check your user ID and change the mobile number you use for MitID.
HAVE A SPARE MITID
Having an extra MitID is a good idea. If you happen to lose your mobile with the app on it, you can still use MitID.

What’s New
Version 3.3.5
Honestly, not every release is equally exciting. In the previous release, it became easier to activate your MitID on a new phone by copying from your old phone.
Minor inconsistencies have been ironed out in this release: timers now display day, hour, minute, second when counting down. The activation code texts have been revised. We have updated the certificates for passport scanning and improved the guide for face scanning.

Umulig å få opprettet ID
Stadige feilmeldinger «an error has ocurred» Har forsøkt sikkert 10-15 ganger uten hell. Verifiserer bilde av ansiktet og blir hengende i hvit skjerm noen ganger. Kommer andre ganger til opprettelse av brukernavn, kommer ikke videre derfra, så hvor mange brukernavn jeg har nå er ikke godt å vite. Dette er langt fra bra nok til en offentlig tjeneste å være.
Feilmelding når jeg skal opprette bruker
Får feilmelding etter å ha scannet pass eller nasjonal ID når jeg skal velge brukernavn og passord. Umulig å komme videre og umulig å få tilgang på oppdateringer av mine skattemeldinger etter jeg flyttet fra Danmark
Umulig å last ned
Kan ikke scane bilde, da det ikke passer med bildet på passet, selv bildet på passet kun er 3 år. Umulig å få lastet ned appen. Har forsøk bruger service og banken min i Danmark og har fått forskjellig svar hver gang. Gir snart opp.
