Worked great til update 4.19.3

Two days prior to this review the app worked flawlessly for me. I'm on an iPhone 8, and after the update two days ago I haven't been able to start the app.

I sendt a request to support, and got an answer that the app had been updated about 16 hours ago, but I still see no new update.

Prior to this Tha app has worked very well, and I'm very pleased with it's functions. I do however think the product relies to much on the app, as the current problem shows very well...

I still rate it at four stars as this is the first serious problem I've experienced, and support was quick to react, even though the solution is nowhere to be found. Hopefully it is a holdup in the apple publication process, and will solve itself. If not I'll be very disappointed as the app is terrific.

It has a very easy interface and all the functionality I could want/need, without making it to complex to use. The logging function is also a great help in trying to improve my sleep cycle. I'm close to insomniac and only sleep a few hours a night. This pillow and the app has been a great help to me in regulating my sleep patterns, and the pillow is also a great help against headaches and Migrene.

Thanks for a good product, and hopefully we will see an update that makes the app usable o. My iPhone 8 again soon.

Highly recommended, both the pillow and the app. But test the app and see that it works with your phone before you buy the pillow as it is practically worthless without the app.

Update 16. Oct 2020
It is now three weeks later, and there is stil no fix for the app. I have contacted support again and I'm waiting for a reply...
