How to use MuvMi?
1. Download the free app and register your phone.
2. Choose pick-up, drop-off points and number of passengers. Then start booking!
3. See where the driver is and how long before the driver arrives.
4. Scan QR on the vehicle, to make sure this is the right car.
5. Pay per trip or top up as you wish.

Good concept but have issues they need to resolve.
Driver is not on time, it says arriving in 1 min, 2min but it’s over 20 min and still far away. App is often wrong. But if driver arrive they will cancel after 1-3 minutes and then charge you. Arrives late 20minutes but then cancels after waiting less than one minute to walk to the pickup spot. Happens around 50% of the time.
It’s difficult to use as there’s no communication with the driver. Sometimes driver goes inside the condo, sometimes he waits outside, have to walk further. Never know where to meet the driver on time. Support doesn’t answer Line. Just auto reply and never follow up.
You need to fix your app, backend and service, contact me to fix it.
