What Škoda Connect services are available in your car depends on the model, production period and it’s equipment. You can simply check the availability of Škoda Connect services for your car in the Availability List www.skoda-auto.com/list .
Important data in one place
Thanks to MyŠkoda Essentials you will always know how far you can go with your current fuel tank level. You can also easily check and display driving statistics such as current fuel consumption, distance covered, or trip length. Route planning feature and finding of parking spaces in your area will be make your each next trip a pleasure. And if you will forget where you parked there is always Parking location feature to help you. With Garage feature you will have all your Škoda cars neatly in one place and for each car you can easily access Digital manual for given model.
Remote control over your car
Various Škoda Connect packages allow you to control your car remotely. You can easily lock&unlock your vehicle or control your auxiliary heater, ventilation and air condition. Thanks to blink and honk feature you will never have to search for your car in a crowded parking lot.
Special features for electric vehicles
With MyŠkoda Essentials you can immediately check the battery charge status, and you can even remotely control the charging and climate control features, including setting up the charging limit or setting up departure timers for AC.
Service and maintenance features
You can display all the relevant messages for service or regular maintenance and also low oil or wiper fluid level notifications. However, you are also able to monitor overall health status of different components in you car such as engine, brakes, lights and many more. And if your vehicle’s system announces any defect, in MyŠkoda Essentials you can always learn more details. In the app you can also quickly find the contact info for your service partner along with their opening hours, so the next service booking will be a walk in the park.

Fantastisk når den fungerer
Oppdatert april 2024: alle funksjonene har det siste halve året fungert godt og veldig stabilt. Etter at forbrukerene har vært beta testere i 3 år så er det nå en tjeneste det går an å ta 380kr i året for. Skulle bare mangle at nybiler får tjenestene gratis i 3 år.
Opprinnelig anmeldelse:
Det virker som om de i perioder har problemer. Du får ingen beskjed, jeg har ikke lykkes i å finne en status-side for å sjekke eventuelle problemer og nedetid, kun en epost til møller bil som svarer tidligst etter 3 virkedager, og de kan ikke hjelpe med dette. Når appen virker bør du linke kontoen din med en tredjepart (f.eks tibber) og la den styre alt, MYE mindre hodebry. Og husk: disse tjenestene (Skoda connect remote care) koster penger etter 3-4 år. Latterlig.

Appen kan håndteres som avfall
Denne appen er for deg som ønsker noe som er lite brukervennlig og enda mindre stabilt. Trodde ikke dette skulle være mulig i 2021.. Når motorvarmeren startes via app må man vente lenge før noe skjer. Den jobber, jobber, jobber… og jobber. Ofte er ventingen etterfulgt av en feilmelding til tross for at bilen ikke er parkert i bunker.. Ikke mulig å starte motorvarmer og legge tlf rett i lomma, du må ha appen åpen helt til du får en bekreftelse. Lukker du tlf før dette er du garantert en feilmelding og at du kommer til en ihjelfrosset bil. Gratulerer med ny bil og lykke til!👍

Totalt ustabil app
Dette har vært en grei løsning fra Skoda, men de siste ukene har den knapt fungert.
Jeg kan ikke anbefale noen å kjøpe en Skoda elbil.
På enn elbil er app viktig. Hvor mye lading er det igjen, forvarming på kalde dager, sette ladegrenser osv.
Det er rett og slett patetisk at dette ikke virket på flere uker.
