Absolutely horrible

Please, everyone stay away from this company. They were supposed to ship all my items to me at once, but managed to misplace one of my packages, and left another one behind for some bs reason that were just lies. And then didn’t tell me. I only found out because I checked the shipping and noticed there were two packages missing. Then when they were finally to ship my last two items (they actually managed to find the one they misplaced), they shipped my $500 item off to someone else (or someone at their warehouse stole it, who even knows), and they shipped me someone else’s items. So I got one of mine, and a lot of random stuff that doesn’t belong to me. They are refusing to help me find the person they shipped my item to, even though I know exactly who packaged the items. I know this because they placed a sticker on my package that said «packaged with extra care by (employee name)», (ironic considering if a package was handled with extra care, these mistakes wouldn’t happen in the first place) so I have their name and everything, but they still are not bothering to talk to them and see if they can figure anything out. I filed a claim for the shipment, to get a refund for the items they lost, but the only thing I got was a $40 credit to spend on future services from this aweful company. As if I’ll ever use them ever again. They also over charged my card for services I did not request, and failed to complete the ones I did request.

So please be aware, and don’t trust these people with your money or items. They are stealing and scamming people. There are so many stories both here, on their Facebook page and on Twitter. There are a lot of other reship companies, please use them instead. I’m currently figuring out how to take legal action against them, and I know I’m not the only one.
