In September 2023 bicloo joins Naolib, the bicloo officiel app becomes Naolib vélo! Naolib is here to bring together all your mobility options and make travelling a more fluid, simple and committed experience.
Ride a bike has never been so simple
Open the app and activate the geoloc service to find the nearest station with avalaible bikes.
When close to the station, press « release a bike » and pick yours!
At the end of your trip you receive a notification on your mobile which confirm that your bike has been properly returned and ask you to share your experience with the users community!
For a year, a day or even one trip: find the plan that suits you!
The Naolib vélo app offers you the choice between different plans. The first 30 minutes of each trip are always free. Your credit card payments are secure.
One plan, several users
You can borrow up to 5 bikes simultaneously and invite friends to discover the service with the Naolib vélo app. Holder or not of an annual plan, you can buy up to 5 short-term plan in one transaction!
Get rewards
Participate to the service and its improvment by evaluating your bike at the end of your trip, report a default to the technical service in the app or turn back your bike in a bonus station.

Bad UX
This app has okay UI, it was annoying to sign up because i could not autocomplere name, generate Hide My Email, etc.
Could also not autofill payment.
Prices are confusing, in the description of a €2 ticket it explains the first 30min a free, after that you pay depending on how. It means that you need the ticket and then will be charged extra if you use it for a long time.
This is not the worst part. This app which seems to be exclusively for city bikes, also displays private parking for bikes in the same map, while you are on a city bike trip.
This lead to me biking far outside the coverage and trying to lock my bike, and support told me that if the location was broken I just had to lock the steering wheel and it would be picked up in 2-3 days, after which I could unlock new bikes.
Kudos to English phone support on a Sunday, but I ended up wasting over 30min extra trying other places until i realized parking != station, and being charged €1.5 for this extra time.
In the end I’m on vacation and I don’t care too much but I’m leaving this review for those who need to get from A to B on time. Please fix the UX.
3 and not 1 star because the bikes are nice 😃
