Description
Pak identity is NADRA’s Online identity issuance service for Pakistani citizens that provides an end-to-end solution for applying for identity card. NADRA has launched this app to facilitate Pakistani citizens to apply for following identity documents
• Modification of CNIC
• Renewal of CNIC
• Reprint / Lost of CNIC
• New NICOP
• Modification of NICOP
• Renewal of NICOP
• Reprint / Lost of NICOP
Functionalities:
• Account creation with email, mobile number and biometric verification.
• User login through biometrics (Fingerprints / Facial)
• User-based inbox with a list of all applications
• Interactive data acquisition
• ICAO-based photograph capture through the mobile camera.
• Fingerprints acquisition through mobile camera
• Digital signature capture through the mobile touchscreen
• Document upload through both mobile cameras and by uploading files
• Attester verification through OTP

This version (3.1) introduces the latest updates, bringing following improvements to the application:
1) Experience a smoother and more efficient application process.
2) Minor bugs have been resolved for a more stable experience.

Crappy app
App still not usable
Still unable to verify account
Latest update is still not working. Cant verify account as it is locked due to several attempts in last version. NADRA should lift the ban on who could not verify because of their incompetency.
Bio auth impossible
Its impossible to verify fingerprints or facial recognition. I have tried 100s of time and with different lighting, devices but it still no luck. Worst experience ever with a mobile application. We are forced to use this useless app to apply for PoC cards from abroad and this app doesn’t help. I have been trying since feb and no help from anyone. Social media is full with similar complaints but seems like they don’t care.
