Hydration and exercise are important for relieving constipation and having a good bowel movement.
This app is a reminder app to help you remember to hydrate and exercise.

[How to use the app]
You will receive periodic reminder notifications on the days and times you specify.
When you launch the app after receiving the notification, a checklist for hydration and exercise will be displayed.
The exercises will be randomly assigned.
After you hydrate and exercise, you can record it in the checklist.
If you don't have time to do it, you can skip it.

At the end of the day, check the number of times you have hydrated and exercised today.
You can also check your past hydration and exercise achievement rates on the calendar.
