Powerpass is a convenient all-in-one charging app for ŠKODA AUTO customers. This app will help you with both public and home charging when using your smart ŠKODA iV Charger.

God men trenger oppdatering
Jeg finner at appen er grei, men det trenger sårt til en oppdatering. Det mangler mange gode offentlige ladestasjoner.
Pass på! Nærmest svindel…
De hadde ein teknisk feil som gjorde at ladingene ikkje blei trekt på kortet. 2 år seinere får eg ein inkasso fra Tyskland pålydende det doble beløpet av det eg hadde ladet for. Etter månader med Mail fram og tilbake konkluderte de med at eg «bare måtte betale». Villeste kundeservice opplevelse eg har hatt.
Noe vrient
Av og til er det feil info på hvor stor laderen er. I appen står det at det er 250-350 kw, men når jeg kommer frem er det bare 150 kw. Ofte får jeg ikke startet ladingen med PowePass-kortet, men må bruke app. Jeg synes det burde gå an å få opp bare Ionityladerne, eller et annet selskap dersom men vil ha en spesiell leverandør.
Ofte virker ikke oppkoblingen mot bilen på generelt grunnlag.
