Kontigo Care hope that Previct will bring value and support in your addiction treatment, your everyday life and improve your well-being. Previct will be an extra support together with your healthcare provider or coach.

In Previct you can do following activities:
- Perform digital sobriety test with photo-ID
- Create your own motivation or goal picture and text
- Create your own assignments or perform the ones that your healthcare provider have assigned for you
- Digital diary
- Answering questionnaires
- Registering of well-being and motivation
- Tracing emotions digitally
- Help button when you have cravings
- Follow your own progression and get trophies and rewards
- A to do list design for you
