Whether it’s a ticket or a task, you can manage it quickly from you own mobile telephone while you’re on the go. No more losing things or having to wait until you’re back at the office to deal with them.
This is an additional module within Pureservice Servicedesk and is available in Norwegian, English, Danish and Swedish. The app has been created with the same focus on user-friendliness as Pureservice.
To use the app you must be a Pureservice customer and have the Pureservice App additional module.
