Book flights, manage your booking, check in and take full control of your journey with the Qatar Airways mobile app.

1. BOOK FLIGHTS

With the tap of a finger, find and book flights to enchanting destinations around the world. If you are undecided, you can hold your booking along with the guaranteed fare for up to 72 hours, for a minimum fee. Booking flights through our mobile app also streamlines the process, allowing you to enter your travel details by simply pointing your mobile phone camera at your passport.

2. COMPLEMENT YOUR JOURNEY

Enhance your journey with an array of additional services. Through our mobile app, you can purchase extra baggage as well as book lounge access, meet and greet services, hotel stays and car rental.

3. MANAGE YOUR BOOKING

Manage your booking conveniently through our mobile app, by adding your booking to “My Trips”. Once added, the app will help you keep track of every step throughout your journey. “My Trips” also allows you to seamlessly change your seat and meal preferences, modify your flight details and much more.

4. CHECK IN

Check in through our mobile app by simply pointing your mobile phone camera at your passport. Choose your seat, view/save your boarding pass and use the fast-bag-drop counters at the airport to check in your bags.

5. GET FLIGHT STATUS NOTIFICATIONS

Through our mobile app, you can request arrival and departure information on all Qatar Airways flights, and receive updated information on the status of your flight directly on your mobile phone, via SMS.

6. FIND EXCLUSIVE OFFERS

Through our mobile app, you can check our special fares for flying to the destinations you have longed to visit. You will always find the same fare available on the website at the time of search (and sometimes, you may even find reduced fares when booking through our mobile app).

7. MAKE THE MOST OF PRIVILEGE CLUB

Through our mobile app, Privilege Club members can easily view account details on their dashboard, use the My Calculator to check Avios and Qpoints that can be earned on flights, claim missing Avios on past flights, communicate with the Privilege Club member service centre, and much more.

You’ll also notice your e-ticket number has been added to ‘My Trips’, making it easier to claim Avios, as well as retrieve trips for passengers in the same booking.

Qatar Airways is the best air traveling Company in the world.

Unable to add boarding pass to Wallet

App works fine and is easy to use. However, it’s currently not possible to add your boarding pass to Wallet app on iOS after the online check-in process. «Loading» appears on the screen for approx. 15 sec and that’s it.

Disappointed super poor service

I traveled with Fly Emirates 20 times before and never faced an issue to regret. However, I traveled with Qatar Airways twice before and regretted both experiences due to several reasons.

First, I had to travel to Dubai in 2021. When it was time to return, I tested positive. They asked to change my ticket date once, which I did. However, when it was time to return again, I tested positive once more. Qatar Airways stated that it was not their problem and demanded payment for a new ticket, despite my documentation proving my case.

The second case occurred when there was an issue at the airport; it was experiencing sinking problems. They canceled my trip without providing any reasons. Additionally, they repeatedly mentioned that the flights were full without offering any solutions or prior warning to customers. This lack of communication is unacceptable.

This is very POOR SERVICE. I highly recommend flying with Emirates instead."
