Unleash your TV with Rocket Video Cast. With Rocket you can browse the web and stream any web video on your TV.

Rocket is also a fully featured file manager that allows you to store files to your iOS device. You can then view the stored files right on your device offline or transfer them to your computer, and of course you can cast your stored videos to your big screen, just copy them into the app using iTunes File Sharing.

Does as advertised

The casting function works very well! However, the browser is very slow, which can be quite annoying at times. It is also somewhat buggy - it hangs and reloading of page or app might be necessary from time to time. The biggest issue is, however, that some pages does not load properly with the result that logging in to the service is impossible and you can’t access the videos.

All in all an OK product which does what it is mainly supposed to flawlessly, but with a couple of issues that somewhat impacts user-friendliness and usability. You might not notice the login issue at all - depending on which sites you want to stream from. Then you might regard this as a 5 star app. However, there should be no need for these compatibility issues, and if you experience them the value of the app takes a fairly large hit.
