Helpful tool

This app gives me hope.

Helpful, albeit a little stressful (to me)

I’ve only used the app for about 24 hours at this point after someone recommended it. I am very motivated to recover, and am working with a therapist as well. I have to fill a journal mapping out what emotions and triggers are present day-to-day as well as when I eat, which I do. But I don’t always have my logbook on me, and filling these things out on my phone rather than pullng put a book means I don’t get questioned about it. I get a little flustered at the reminders to log my meals and snacks, but on the bright side, the notifications remind me that I’m likely undereating, which is something I desperately want to change. I like that the app can be linked to the clinicians I’m working with. The ‘wholesome’ and ‘motivational’ content I get once I finish logging is not something I need or want personally, but I appreciate that people are different, and would much rather have it there for those who enjoy it than have it removed for grouches like myself.

App doesn’t work

It doesnt log, it doesn’t load things... kind of useless if the features don’t work.....
