The Galaxy Watch application connects Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport, Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Watch Active2 and Galaxy Watch3 to your mobile device. It also manages and monitors Gear S2 / Gear S3 / Gear Sport / Galaxy Watch / Galaxy Watch Active / Galaxy Watch Active2 / Galaxy Watch3 features and applications installed through Galaxy App Store. Use the Galaxy Watch application to set up and manage the following

Features:
- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Application download and settings
- Find my Watch
Install the Galaxy Watch application on your mobile device, then pair your Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport, Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Watch Active2 or Galaxy Watch3 with a Bluetooth connection and enjoy all of its features.

* Compatibility
- Galaxy Watch is not compatible with iPad and iPod touch

* Settings and features provided by the Galaxy Watch application are only available when Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport and Galaxy Watch is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a proper connection between Gear S2 / Gear S3 / Gear Sport / Galaxy Watch / Galaxy Watch Active / Galaxy Watch Active2 / Galaxy Watch3 and your mobile device.
* This application is only for Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport, Galaxy Watch Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Watch Active2 and Galaxy Watch3.
* Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Disfunctional app

I have a Gear S3, and an Iphone 6, and with the Galaxy Watch app with Healt included everything functioned fine. Some weeks ago, the app was updated, and by clicking on health data I now is sent to another app. This app is connected to the G Watch app, but not to my watch. No data from my watch goes into the healt app, but everything funktion between the watch app to the warch, such as telephone, emails etc. And the watch status is shown on the app. I have tried everything, resetting borh the watch and the app. I have also serched for help in the electric store I bought the watch, but noeone can help.

Dear user, we apologize for the inconvenience. We would advise you to update your Watch firmware, go to the Watch Settings→ General/Gear Info/About watch→ Update watch software. This should ensure better connectivity of your watch with your phone. You can also try this, Go to iPhone Setting→ Galaxy Watch→ toggle on Background App Refresh. Hopefully, your Watch will re-establish connection with the phone now and provide you a better experience. Let us know how it goes, thank you!
