It is good. It is demanding. It is informative. It is enyoing. It is motivating.

Simple have helped me to realised that I will not achieve my goal unless I stop eating sweets. Fasting is not enough . But Simple have also helped me to see that Fasting for 16-18 hours helps me to not gain weight. Simple have helped me to reduce eating sweets. To be more moderate. And it also have helped me to eat little bit healthier. Simple have motivated me to drink more water and fast for longer time.
I think it is sad that I have to pay for all the advice, so now more of that now.
One thing I dont like about Simple is that when I haven’t registered anything, I have to go back and memorize what I have been eating and for how long I have been fasting the last couple of days. I whish I just can move on.
