HOW IT WORKS
1. Wear your Apple Watch to bed (do not enable Power Reserve)

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Seriously?! The app works fine and I would give a 4 star. However with this premium monthly payment BS, deserves only one star for that.

Denne er fin for bodybuildere og fitness-fanatikere for å spore søvnen. Månedlige prisen er heller ikke så veldig høy. Jeg tar bare på meg Apple Watch 4 og legger meg, får deretter all info om søvnen min dagen derpå. Elsker at søvnhelsen din måles i et batteri fra 0 til 100%.
