Jeg har prøvd å stoppe dette kjøpet, men er blitt belastet på kortet mitt. For det første funker ikke appen opp mot mitt utstyr og for det andre ble jeg kastet inn i ett års abonnement som jeg ikke ønsker. Det var dårlig forklaring i appen. Jeg krever refusjon på trekket dere har gjort for noe jeg ikke vil ha.

Hello, we are sorry for your bad experience with our app. App Store trial subscriptions will automatically be renewed and converted into a paid subscription until you choose to end them. Unfortunately, we cannot manage users' subscriptions on our end as all subscriptions are managed by iTunes. You can disable auto-renew subscriptions in your iTunes Settings (please check the Apple Support page for details: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039). This information is also displayed on the app description page, so users can see it before downloading the app.
You can also review or cancel your subscription using a link provided in the Subscription Confirmation email.
