Sleep is important! That's why we made the Somnofy sleep assistant. By using the Somnofy device and this app, you will be able to get a deep insight into your sleep.
Somnofy helps you understand more about why you sleep, how you sleep, what affects your sleep, how sleep affects you, and how you can improve your sleep.
Somnofy can observe your presence, movement, respiration rate and sleep, in addition to your sleep environment such as air quality, light, noise and temperature, all from just sitting on your nightstand. This information is processed, completely anonymously, to provide insight, analysis, historic data with trends, and so much more, which in the end will help you to master your sleep.
