Sorted³ - Calendar Notes Tasks 4+

I really like the app in general! However...

I really enjoy using this app for my personal task management and it works great for the most part!

The thing making the app less than perfect is the poor syncing with my apple watch. I just bought the new Apple watch 9 and the app on the watch seems to both synch poorly (as in not at all sometimes) with the desktop and moble version (which seem to synch fine with each other). I seem to be able to fix it by re-installing the app on the watch, but that seems like it should be unnecessary. It's a shame, because I bought the apple watch in an attempt to become less reliant on my phone all the time.

If this issue is fixed I think I'll not even bother looking for a replacement app!

Great app, but not perfect

Overall Sorted is a great app that runs smoothly cross-plattform. However, there is a huge BUT - there is no options for sending and creating a task from email. There are workarounds, but I hope this is a feature that will be implemented soon.

Why isn’t this apple’s standard calendar?

Two hours into the trial I decided I don’t want to live without it. Aesthetically the app is lovely, but you can tell a lot of love went into the programming. No learning curve necessary, the subtle details allows for uninterrupted workflow, making the app feel intuitive. I enjoy the level of customization and the sounds are pleasant. I have ADHD, and I’ve found this app to be incredibly beneficial. The fact that it’s a one time purchase (at a reasonable price) instead of subscription is also appreciated.

Notes to the programmers & designers:
1) I’d love to be able to drag tasks from my inbox/schedule to the lists in the dark section, hold it over “lists/tags” as the app change the page - and drop it into the list!

2) I often have a lot on my schedule, so the option to highlight or “color group” tasks would be helpful! Sectioning lists like this makes it less overwhelming. Perhaps it could be color blocked by assigned tags (+decide what tags you want color blocked & in what color).

3) I have a list with my goals for 2020-21, in scenarios like this it could be even more motivational to be able to see the tasks completed (in a gray zone, at the bottom).

4) Even more customization would be fantastic! More themes, sounds, icon and the option of color blocking tasks & lists would be fun. I would personally be fine with purchasing “packs” of themes etc. within the app.

It’s a really great app, and I can’t wait to see what you do next and how you’ll improve it! Your hard work truly shows, and the app has been of great value for my everyday life.

Also, thank you for your ideas! I will share them with the team. But still, I would give you some suggestions from our side, so maybe they will improve your usage experience. Hence:

As for №1, you can change the list of a task right in the task's settings by pressing on the "Inbox" signature and picking another one. I think it is even faster and easier than graggind and dropping out of the inbox/schedule to the lists folder, and then - to a list.

As for №2, you can group lists into folders. To create one, while being in the lists section, press the "+" button and add a folder. Then choose several lists, and you will see the option to move them to a folder.

As for №3, while being in a list, you can press on the three dots next to the list's title and choose the "Show history" option. It will show you all your completed tasks.

As for №4, more is to come :).

Once again, these are somee suggestion, and maybe we will add what you suggested in addition to what we have now. Just try those, I hope it will help you :). Have a well-scheduled day!
