SpillFRI er et selvhjelpsverktøy som skal bidra til forebygging og mestring av problematisk spillatferd og spillavhengighet.
Verktøyet baserer seg på kognitiv atferdsterapi, og på en behandlingsmanual som er godt utprøvd i klinikk over mange år. Innholdet er organisert i åtte ulike moduler som adresserer ulike sentrale elementer for å lykkes med endring av spillatferd og spilleproblemer.
