Not gdpr friendly at all
Very nice and user friendly application, but not gdpr friendly at all. We waste a lot of time to protect our clients data. Not possible to integrate with WHMCS even though there is a plug-in available.

It's not working properly for iPhone 5s
It's not working properly for iPhone 5s, the app crashes every time I try to chat with my agents. Pleas fix this bug

Thank you for your patience as you experienced crashes with our app.
In the past, our support has been limited to on-site live chat and ticketing. However, we’ve recently expanded our support team to respond to customers within third-party forums.
You may update the tawk.to app using any iOS device with iOS 10.0 or later.
Our latest version (Version 2.17.16 build 517) provides stability improvements and bug fixes.
